There’s nothing like a sun-drenched vegetable tian with black garlic to accompany your barbecue recipes. Imagine all your vegetables slowly browning over a low heat and capturing all the aromas of the wood fire.
With grilled meat, poultry, fish or simply as a vegetarian dish, discover a recipe that is quick to prepare, full of flavor and incredibly colorful. Guaranteed wow effect on your table!
Slice all your vegetables and crush the black garlic cloves in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil to create a puree.
With a brush, brush the bottom of your dish with the black garlic puree.
Arrange the vegetable slices in alternating layers. Brush the top of your tian with the black garlic purée and sprinkle with the bell pepper pieces.
Turn up the temperature of your Montvel barbecue to 200° C and put the tian on. Let’s go for 1h30.
Chef’s tip: if you are cooking a piece of meat, remember to place your tian under the grill to take advantage of the cooking juices!
